What am lying to myself about?

The Buddha said, "The source of all suffering is a lie." Where are you experiencing suffering? What might you be lying to yourself about?

As you prepare for a new year, notice your own self- talk. How much of your self-talk raises your spirits? How much of your self-talk brings you down?

Consciously choose self-talk messages that make you feel good. You'll soon find that life (and business) gets much better and your suffering greatly decreases.
