Indianapolis
Chapter ICF |
The Indianapolis Chapter of
the International Coach Federation is a tremendous resource for coaches
who want to strengthen their coaching skills, network with other
professionals, and make themselves known in the community.
Membership and monthly programs are open to anyone who has an interest in
coaching. I am the immediate past president of this growing chapter. |
|
CIASTD |
Central Indiana chapter of the American Society for Training
and Development. Our mission is "Linking people and resources
to improve human performance." Monthly programs, an annual
conference, a job bank, periodic newsletter, and a consultant resource
data base are among the benefits of membership. I am a past
president of this chapter that has over 450 members. |
|
ASTD |
American Society for Training & Development. The
international association of professionals in the fields of performance
improvement, training, and career development. ASTD recently
embraced coaching as an additional, important tool for sustained
performance improvement. |
|
ISPI |
International Society for Performance Improvement.
This association has members who are the pioneers in the theory and design
of performance improvement initiatives. Most of my colleagues would
say that I live and breathe the ISPI view of the world. Attendance
at an ISPI conference is a must for the serious professional in
performance improvement. |
|
ICF |
International Coach Federation. This organization is
working hard to legitimize the field of coaching and certify professional
coaches. |
|

Coachville has a tremendous amount of free resources for
Coachville members. If you do any coaching, this is a helpful resource to have
in your hip pocket. |

Human
Performance Improvement Certificate |
Human Performance Improvement Certificate Program.
This program is offered at Indiana University-Purdue University at
Indianapolis (IUPUI). It is an ideal program for the professional
who already has a training and/or human resources background and wants to
add performance improvement to their expertise. I am one of the
facilitators for the program. |
|
IPEC |
Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching. An ICF-accredited
training program that is thorough, intense, and extremely effective.
One of the few programs that focuses on results for the coaching client as
well as accountabilities for both the client and the coach. IPEC
training recognizes the importance of the human spirit in coaching and
integrates spirit into its training. |

Indianapolis Gestalt
Institute |
Indianapolis Gestalt Institute. Awareness.
Contact. Being fully present in the now. My experience with
the Indianapolis Gestalt Institute (IGI) served as a huge catalyst in
aligning myself with my life purpose and helping others to do the
same. IGI offers workshops, one-year, and multi-year programs for
therapists and laypersons alike who are interested in Gestalt therapy and
techniques. You can phone IGI at (317) 843-0717. |

Living In Alignment With Your Life Purpose
|
|
Inventure Group |
Richard Leider. His books Repacking Your Bags and
The Power of Purpose have had a strong influence on me and the work
I do with coaching clients. You can find these books in my Resource
Room. |
|
Eupsychia |
Jacquelyn Small. I studied with transpersonal
psychologist Jacquelyn Small and her soul-based approach to healing.
I highly recommend her work and workshops if her approach speaks to you. |
|
Sonia Choquette |
Sonia Choquette. Sonia is a Chicago-based intuitive
and author of several books, including Your Heart's Desire, True
Balance, and The Psychic Pathway, and Trust Your Vibes. I studied with Sonia
and think very highly of her message to "Expect, trust, and act on
your intuition!" |
